We all know that UT has a beautiful campus with some amazing archictecture. A little more art has made it even nicer!

Awesome, I love it! Anything to beautify that campus, I'm all for it.

Nice! Thanks for sharing.
I don't like the art at all. Too modern, which doesn't fit in with the architecture. Maybe I'm just not all that into modern art.
Art For Art's Sake...

+1
Love the art.
While I like the uniformity of the architecture on campus, I think the art compliments the buildings and landscape. Put me down as pro.
I like it. I know eastisbest was also a huge advocate of adding more sculptures to campus. ;-)
It seems to me that they are starting to over clutter campus with trinkets... try the less is more concept
Sculpture is a 3 dimensional art form so it is impossible to get a sense of the art from a 2 dimensional pic on the internet but my first reaction upon seeing the photo of the Old Orchard Sculpture was that it would be a lot more attractive to plant a few trees and have a real "orchard"

However, If I could stand in the middle of the installation I might better appreciate what the artist is trying to convey
Does anyone else think there needs to be a rocket sculpture in the island turn around near the bus station/police station on the south end of campus. There is a big pile of rocks, but there needs to be a sculpture of our rocket logo in the middle of it. The rocks don't make sense.
