A 6'5", 230 lb. kid who can get to the basket and draw fouls and make a good percentage of them, and who shoots close to 40% from the three point arc, sounds like a player to be reckoned with. He could be the last piece of the puzzle we've been looking for.

With what we have due to return like James and others, with just some help from our new jucos, we could possibly have the best talent we've had in years. If we can put it all together and get the kids to play together, this could possibly be the magic year we've been waiting for.04-cheers
It's not about getting the kids to play together, I think they do a great job at that. It's about not over coaching and trusting your players and let them play. We will not be an old school just pound the ball in the post type of team. Times and players have change, Lock down on defense and the offense will take care of itself because we have some really good kids that can score.

As some have said before. Teach them in practice and let them play in the games. Overcoaching makes players tentative, and that's what loses tournament games.04-cheers
I am hoping that will not be as much of a problem this year. Two senior point guards. Even if Steve is constantly yelling, they probably will filter a lot of it.
