Sounds like State might actually be able to make some progress over the next few years. If you look at what southern has accomplished in the past 3 years under a new Pres/AD, I expect State to see some major strides as well.

That's pretty much the same response I had when a similar announcement like this came out about Sam Baker. She's moving to a similar role too.

BTW, I know a candidate that's excellent with keeping finances in order. He'd be just the guy to make sure your money that you set aside for the Spring Game didn't get misappropriated.

Well, there was that misfire a couple of years ago. The disbelief is definitely justified.

Well well well. I knew it would be coming, but I hate to see it. As long as Levick was State's AD, there wasn't a chance in hell they would ever be able to compete with us.

Now, not so confident. If they get a go-getter in there like we did with Kleinlein, we may have a some competition.

Here's hoping they sign PeeWee Herman as the next AD.

Not likely...the whole Ted deal is the x factor. The hire will be scrutinized across the city. Plus Becker is in Legacy Mode. He knows if he gets the next 4 years right he will get statues and parks named for him.
