the plan is to be turning dirt this summer. this is something thats been in the pipeline for 2-3 years but the fallout from the big east/aac divorce complicated things

Damn. That will be three major construction projects going on at the same time on South Campus. That's awesome if the timeline is met. And if the new Student Rec Center and Highland Row start up this year as well, look out. That will be a huge transformation for the university in a short time frame.
Is this going to be used for the women too? I thought this was the original intention.

Agreed. School of Nursing/Audiology broke ground earlier this year. You can drive down Park Ave and see the work going on.
Is there an announced date for the IPF and BBall ground breakings? I would sincerely hope some attention is given to the Getwell entrance.
