Tulsa would be both SMU, Houston + one of Memphis / Cincy / Tulane....
Cincy, Tulane, Tulsa or Houston
ECU- UCF, Memphis, Cincy?

Also, I would like to beat USF one day.
Houston, SMU, ECU
My choices for Tulsa would be Houston, ECU, and UCF
Tulsa: Houston, SMU, Memphis
Houston: SMU, Tulsa, Tulane
SMU: Houston, Tulsa, Navy
Memphis: Tulsa, Cincy, Tulane
Tulane: Houston, Navy, Memphis
Navy: SMU, Tulane, ECU
Cincy: Memphis, Temple, USF
ECU: Navy, UCF, Temple
Temple: Cincy, ECU, UConn
USF: Cincy, UCF, UConn
UCF: ECU, USF, UConn
UConn: Temple, USF, UCF
Cincinnati Tulsa Tulane
The natural ones for UCF would be USF, ECU, and Tulsa. But I would like to have Navy be a yearly event. It doesn't seem like that'll happen with all the different divisional lineups.
UConn and Navy for Temple are obvious. For the third--you know what, I think it should be ECU? That's not a crazy drive for the fanbases.
Ucf - usf and ecu. Nothing to me is a real rivalry outside of those 2. Tulsa was a rival just because they were always the toughest for us in the west.
I have to change

ECU- Navy (sends shivers down my spin just saying that), UCF, Cincy/Temple
SMU UCF ECU
what about:

smu-UH

usf-ucf

cincy-memphis

ECU-Navy

tulane-tulsa

uconn-temple

as fixed end of year rivals?
If Tulane were to have 3 permanent conference rivalries in football, I'd want them to be SMU, Navy, and Memphis.

I think you may see UCF/USF as the Thanksgiving tradition game and ECU/UCF as the permanent end of season game for those two schools. That's the way it is this year and I can see it continuing. It would boost ticket sales for all three at a time when it is hard to get people to games.
UCF, Cincy and one of...Houston, Memphis, Temple or UCONN. I only mention UCONN for purely selfish reasons in getting a "name" opponent. The other three are about equal though I'd prefer to see Houston for quality reasons. I doubt the conference is ever gonna have ECU playing all three of UCF, Cincy and Houston in one regular season though.
UConn, South Florida, and Temple. Its the only thing that will remind our fans of the Big East.
Houston: SMU, Tulsa, ECU
Houston, Tulsa, and UCF. We have built decent rivalries with all three but the strongest with UCF.
