now liechtenstein... don't go there

My wife and I spent some time on the Hawaiian islands in 2001. I've never seen any place yet come close to that pristine natural beauty. In particular, the vivid, lush colors of the various landscapes. Switzerland looks the "northern" equivalent.
Should someone fix this “tread” title or is it one of those awesomely bad things like Brittany Spears?
To all the British and Canadian posters...

No, don't fix the "tread". In fact, don't post here at all. If anyone else would like to not post here, then leave your comments below explaining why you don't plan to post.

Also don't view here, but do check back frequently to find out who's not posting. I know I will. 03-wink

BTW Brittany Spears is AWESOME!!!

Aside from thinking he meant Laserdisc before I started the video, I had never heard of video on vinyl sized discs..... And I recall VHS, SVHS, DVHS, VHS-C, 8mm, Hi8, and Betamax.

I never knew there were two kinds of LaserDiscs. I never knew when Dolby Digital took off that on the LD players you had to use the actual AC3 port for audio out, I figured the optical or coaxial out would have covered that part of the sound output. That MUSE thing was fascinating.

I never knew that VideoCD was different that CD Video....

I've heard about that disc rot thing though.... especially with early CD based video game discs.

As Jim Cornette would say, what kind of outlaw mud show wrestling is this crap?
One of the most under rated sports comedies ever, The Best of Times. Robin Williams and Kurt Russell replay a high school FB game 20 years after the fact.

This is funny

Improving....

October 3rd, 2045

If I did the math right...and I had to start from scratch as my old worksheet where I was tracking this was left behind at my old job...current trajectory is November 1, 2029.

I do know there are some terrible assumptions that I am making which have the information completely flawed. I may just put some more science behind it.
If I only look at the trajectory since my last update in 2016, then the target date improves even more to July 27, 2027.

Keep up the good work.
