Tech is up 21-0 at the moment. This may be the best day for the BEast this season, and half of the conference is sitting at home munching on cheeseburgers. Now that's the way to play!!!
After watching part of the ND-Navy game today I thought Charlie had eaten all of the U.S.'s cheeseburgers. I guess he left us a few!
Let's go Red Raiders!!!! I had a strong feeling that Oregon State was going to beat USC. The Trojans have just had too many tight games this year, and finally somebody whipped them. There is so much parity in college football these days, it's really amazing.

Hopefully Texas Tech can hang on and knock off the Longhorns.
It's still WAY WAY too early to get excited by the Texas score. But as long as we are on the subject of cheeseburgers..... who has the best? TGI Friday's Jack Daniel's burger is probably the best. Of the fast food places, give me the Wendy's Triple Classic, then the BK double whopper, then the Dbl. 1/4 lber. from MacD's.
Yes, there is a ton of time left and it's 21-7 now. UT-TT is on TBS by the way if anyone didn't know. Much better than what's on ESPN right now. UT-USC is okay but FSU-Maryland is a snoozefest.

Maryland is up 17-7. Another ACC powerhouse in the can. No wonder they brought in a couple thugs to shore up the conference. 03-melodramatic 05-mafia 04-chairshot 01-lauramac2
Texas is trying to come back. It's 24-14 now, with 4:24 left to go in the half. Tech needs a score to close out the half.

Maryland is stomping Florida State. I never thought I'd live to see that.

Tennessee is living on luck at the moment. South Carolina is actually moving the ball far better. But luck has won out more times than I can count.
Well that 21-0 lead is down to 24-21. Tech really is average at best this year. Even offensively, they are not anything special.

I expected them to lose the lead, but not this quick! Maybe they can hang in an even game for the 2nd half and surprise me.

For the luck bit just look at ND and wheres the beef. Do you think that Charlie Weis can be passed off as that little old lady in the old Wendy's commercials yelling - WHERES THE BEEF? lmfao lmfao lmfao

ACC football at its finest! Syracuse/Cincinnati may not have been a picture of beauty, but at least it was because of solid defense. Florida State and Maryland just sucks @ss right now.
Texas Tech is now ahead 31-21 at halftime. We really need the Red Raiders to pull off the upset because you just know a bunch of corrupt voters will try to jump the Longhorns, if they end up winning, over West Virginia and into the #3 spot in the polls.

A scenario of #3 USC and - hopefully - #5 Texas both losing today would give the nation a great game featuring #3 West Virginia against #4 Louisville on Thursday and make an undisputable statement that the Big East is back and not going anywhere.
