When will we know if conferences with less than 12 teams will be allowed to set up a championship game?
I love the idea of it. No divisions. Just #1 vs. #2 at the end of the season.
I think final rules changes are approved sometime around July/August.
Seems like that's always when proposed rule changes are announced as being implemented.
So if this passes then the Sun Belt can have a championship game in 2015 with 11 members--- sounds good.
