exactly one year ago I was talking with family who are uconn fans* and when it came to the future of uconn the discussion went like this:

what program has a better future outlook? PSU football or uconn basketball???

considering how much sh!t that program was in at this point in time last year.
1. major ncaa sanctions (which was total BS)
2. getting screwed over, screwed over again, & pissed on just for the hell of it by uconns former conference mates in realignment
3. a new coach who was not only unproven, but didn't even have the luxury of a solid coaching contract putting him at a massive disadvantage.

taking all that into account I simply can not believe that here we are 1 year later and uconn has the chance to win a 4th natty.

*my mom & her siblings grew up in hartford hence the reason half of my extended family roots for uconn.

considering what uconn fans had to go through the last 2 years and the fact that they are playing f***ing kentucky and prevented an all-SEC ccg. they sure earned my support tonight.

ollie winning a natty in his:
2nd year as HC
1st year with post season elgibility
4th year as a college coach

thats pretty freaken amazing
The best thing is, The B10, B12, Pac12, ACC are all gone, and the Lil energizer bunny AAC is still alive and kicking.

It's quite impressive what the "Lil energizer bunny" has accomplished in its first year. By some empirical data, the AAC is performing better than most P-5 conferences.

It's ALWAYS fun to see the AAC kick ass... and then the talking heads try to wrangle the narrative, to try and cover their asses...

To put it mildly, the AAC makes the BCS shills like Dodd look stupid. They can't marginalize us in competition, so then they try to steal our success as a conference by wrapping it up into a convoluted realignment narrative.

The fact is, they can't explain us. The AAC keeps pulling back the curtain from their "P5" orchestrations.

How big of an underdog was UCF against Baylor??? How many times have they written UCONN off in this tourney???

Anyone who saw the games knows the better teams won!

04-cheers
