I feel like his approach to coaching & player engagement is more suited for the nba...can we have a civil conversation about it?
That's laughable. Seriously. And no offense to the op.
Perhaps a more hands off, roll the ball out approach might be preferable to some NBA players, its hard to imagine Pastner having any NBA players respect….not as a person but as a coach

Haha I'd like to see him suspend a pro for cussing.. They might give him a swirly followed by a couple noogies.
He'd need more of a Lionel Hollins approach to connect to NBA players...so no.
I think in time, as he gains more experience & respect he'll be happier in the NBA.

If Pastner didn't have control over recruiting, he would get much better results. This is almost as good as your list of coaches.
as usual, come into the thread that someone starts and take shots at them. when does it stop?

Yeah well, that list of coaches you are referring to, everyone of them are more proven than pastner. Aside for maybe underwood.

What list of coaches? I don't see a list in this thread. Was it deleted?

He's referring to another one. Where he's been trying to bait me by saying offensive things. But I haven't bitten so he's reduced to chasing me around. Stammers is a lil kid with a small vocabulary.

Your list was the butt of jokes for 2 days. This might last longer.
Too short
The NBA is a players league and college hoops is a coach's league. Pastner would be a good addition to a NBA staff because he can appease to the players but saying that, the best job he could get in the NBA is most likely a conditioning coach or a scout because his x and o's game is lacking.

he is a little old or it but he may still have a decent jump shot.
