A great game both ways and a really fine win for a young Kentucky team. Also congratulations to Florida and Tennessee for what they have accomplished thus far. The SEC may have only gotten three in but so far we've made them all count!
Wow wow wow wow wow.... I just now took a breath! I hate that Wichita State had to play a game like that in the Round of 32. They are a great team, and, other than that punk move of lobbying for a elbow to the chin call at the end, are a team you want to root for. That was a Final Four quality game. The young guys played their first full game, and I am really glad for the Harrison twins. They looked like the alphas that they were supposed to be all year. Time to root for Tennessee! I hope to see them in the Elite Eight.

Congrats. Glad you beat them. Their fans have been getting a bit obnoxious of late, infesting some of the KU boards I visit. They are a good team, but have been overrated all year due to their putrid schedule.
Yup! Congrats to all 3 for representing us well so far! Keep it up!
The SEC is proving that we should have gotten more teams into the tourney. No damn way did Nebraska deserve to be in it over Arkansas. I just hope that it ends up an all SEC championship game.
Great win. that Wichita st team was no joke. Sad I missed most of the game.
The Kentucky women weren't as sharp today as they are usually. But they advance so good job!

The SEC, particularly Auburn, had a strong wrestling program prior to title 9. If we added a sport I'd love to see us put wrestling back into the program. Congratulations of the individual championship.
Congrats Cats! Skin the Wolverines! And may the Gators shoot down the Flyers! The Vols got jobbed on calls, especially that charge with 7 seconds to play.

I felt that the officiating in Indianapolis was the worst of the tournament so far. In the Tennessee game Michigan hand checked them, shoved them, hacked them and had their hands all over the shooters arms and nothing was called. Under the other basket if Tennessee even bumped them with hands straight up in the air the whistle blew. There was no damn way the official was going to let Tennessee pull ahead with 7 seconds to play. The Kentucky / Louisville game was poorly called as well, but at least the calls in that game with both ways. The calls in the Tennessee game were biased. The calls in the Kentucky game looked more to be the result of officials being unable to keep up with the speed of the game or see through, over, or around the size of the players.

Agree x1000. I know people say to play well enough so that the refs can't decide the game...but in this tout almost every team is very talented and officiating will have a large impact.
Congratulations Gators and Wildcats. The Gators favorite American food is a dog. They've been known to take them right off of the leash in the Okefenokee and Everglades. I hope they chomp a Husky now! The Wildcats need to ferret out a Badger and claw it into submission. Go Cats!

How about a football conference that places half of the final four? There will be some serious hurt at the ACC board over this!

Oddly enough an alligator ate a woman's 80-lb husky in Jacksonville NC last summer. Not that I want that to happen to UConn..actually pulling for the Huskies. The AAC needs the w., the SEC will be fine.

Not a huge fan of Wisconsin or the B1G, pulling for UK in that game.
Man, the SEC Haters are out in full force now, especially on the CS&R board. Guess it's their version of payback for getting rolled in football.02-13-banana

It's not football only Medic. They envy our baseball, our track and field, our swimming and diving, our women's gymnastics, ours and the PAC's women's softball, and now our basketball. They just hate the SEC because we win at danged near everything (except women's basketball and we once ruled that but its been a while). That is why some of them are for the demise of football and the growth of lacrosse. Don't they realize that if our guys weren't playing football they would kill their little fraternity boys on the lacrosse field? Bo knows Lacrosse. Can you imagine DGB as a goalie in Lacrosse? Missouri gets their 15th consecutive shutout game a new Lacrosse record! If they don't believe its true they only have to go back to the early 60's when Jim Brown dominated lacrosse for Syracuse.
What a weekend! These Cats are playing like those of us who saw them in high school thought they could become. If we can't get it done, I hope Florida will pull through.

Wilboken had a bad game and UConn's guards played lights out defense. Too many threes spelled the difference.

I'm happy for your Cats! Way to go Blue! We'll BBB I have one request. Please for the sake of an old guy try to have at least a 10 point lead with 30 seconds to go in the championship game. If the Harrisons handle the ball well I like Kentucky's chances inside and I think Wisconsin was a good rehearsal for UConn. Guard the 3 shooters tight on the perimeter and let you size win the game in the paint. That said I hope you don't have the refs from tonight calling the game. No traveling on the Badges, a free two points on a legit blocked shot, and numerous uncalled fouls under the basket again, and acting jobs from the Wisconsin big guys.
