Wichita State in South Dakota.
Oklahoma State in Memphis.
Baylor in Las Vegas.
Illinois/Indiana State in Las Vegas.
Looks like fun to me.
Hopefully, we see more Top 100 games on the schedule next season at home. Besides conference play it was awful teams for our home games.
A very western turn. Aren't our recruiting interests in the other direction?

When do the Black Bears show up?
Don't we play at Gonzaga as well?
I believe utay will be on there as well...(not meant to be a debate inducing remark)
Also in conference, I know we lose Louisville, but SMU is going to be REALLY good. They return almost everybody and add the #2 recruit in the country. Top 15 most likely
Don't sleep on Temple or Houston either.
I'm hoping to make the Vegas tournament. Should be fun! And a chance to see who returns and to get a look at all the new incoming fresh faces. (almost said freshmen, but remembered a JUCO or two - and maybe even a surprise transfer?) Something old, something new, something borrowed, something BLUE! (lol couldn't resist - I'll put down the bourbon now 03-drunk)

Why? You're on a roll 03-lmfao
In the Vegas preliminaries, the "filler" teams are Stephen F. Austin, Brown, Prairie View and Eastern Washington. I hope we get SFA because those other teams are low RPI dead weight.

Temple loses leading scorer Dalton Pepper. Anthony Lee, their leading rebounder is going to transfer. Houston doesn't lose much unless Thomas decides to go to the NBA. It appears that they are keeping Dickey so that's going to hurt them. Cincinnati is losing Kilpatrick, Jackson and Rubles so I expect they will be a lot worse next year. UConn loses Napier, Giffey and Kromah but should return Daniels and Boatwright. Tulsa has nearly everyone coming back next year too.

It's way early but I would probably go 1. SMU, 2. Memphis 3. UConn, 4. Houston, 5 Tulsa for next year. The conference will be more like CUSA next year than the AAC this year with Louisville leaving and Tulsa, ECU and Tulane coming in.
Wichita State
Oklahoma State
Baylor
Illinois/Indiana

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas?
Ole Miss needs to be on the schedule. The Rebels are playing football , so the basketball series should be renewed for next season. I don't care what Pastner thinks , Memphis needs to play Ole Miss. They are playing football , it only right.

Any guess of the other OOC home schedule? I'm hoping it will be an improvement over Austin Peay, Nichols St, NW St, UALR, SEMO, Jackson St & LO........
I thought Missip was going to the be opening game for their new arena, which would be the 15-16 season.

Still waiting for some marquee home games. OSU might not be a T25 team next year and I really don't want to hear about SFA being a great game (like Ohio the year before).
I thought we were playing Louisville as well ooc.
I think that starts in two years.
