here's a sobering thought. Our women's program was completely shut down for ten years or thereabouts, and was revived at the same time our current regime took over the men's program. In that time, the women have been to more than one NCAA and several WNIT's. The men. One NCAA play in game which we lost. What's wrong with this picture?01-lauramac2

Won't be long before you won't have anyone left on here to answer questions like that. Won't be anyone left on here but Coach Shields' fan club, and they sure don't have any answers to questions about "what's wrong." They will tell you that everything is "all right, and Jim Dandy."
Pretty good but not great. The problem is that it has been about right there for Steve's entire tenure.

I think that's accurate. The chances of this program being "great" are rather small. But I'll be there if we ever get there; and I'll be there if we don't.
