UC's schedule this year will be among the 10 toughest in college football according to this BCS site.

I think we probably need to lighten the load a bit. Progress is difficult when you face 4 top 10 teams (West Virginia, Louisville, Ohio State, Virginia Tech) in one year.

I'm sure everyone wants to schedule them but I would prefer similar BCS programs like Indiana and Illinois than a VT. tO$U every few years is OK; but I think UC needs to Win some games and make some progress.

Couldn't agree more.
I think UC opens at home with VA Tech next season. Of course playing in the now very tough Big East you could have a several other top twenty teams in UL, WVU and Rutgers. Other than Ohio St. this schedule appears tough again next year. Hopefully with a more seasoned team and another year under Coach D three of htese at home may bring a win or two? Wow has the Big East grown up fast!
I know UC is not at the level that OSU is at this point, but a regular OSU game every few years is something I think UC should shoot for. It is great for the in state rivarly, and recruiting. Also over this last series, it is arguable that UC has played well against OSU.

But I would agree that playing too many top teams could really hurt UC.

Pretty sure OSU is on the idea that they need to rotate through the in-state schools right now.
IMHO, if you play 4 (or 5) non-conference teams a year, playing 2 top 25 teams isn't much to ask.

Who did UC schedule to replace Georgia? Has anybody heard.
