Full Version: How many AAC teams make the tournament?

Today looks like 5 to me.
Yup this has been asked in a few other threads but... I would say 5

1 more than the sec. 3 more than acc. 4 more than cusa
I would say 5 also. Although, it seems to me that one or two teams could easily drop a couple of games in a row that would put them on the low side of the bubble.
As of today, cannot see them keeping one of the 5 out...although 2 teams have rpi's > 30

If we do not win the conference tourney I hope Houston or UCF can get hot and give us 6 in the big dance.
If all 5 of those teams get at large bids and say a team like Houston somehow wins the conference tourney, we could have 6... Just sayin

5 teams have RPIs in the top 40
Should be more than the Southeastern Southern Communist (SEC)

Your exactly right, 5 can make it. I have seen to many times where teams were "Shoo ins" at this time of year and end up getting seats at in the NIT after taking the unexpected nose dive. Go Tigers!
