Six assists for the team.

Outrebounded, again.

Frazier was 5-20, one assist.

Fahro was 1-6 from the free throw line.

Swing was 0-2 from the field.

Washington scored 4 points.

Outstanding!
And here I was thinking we didn't play well.
Actually we had 9 assists and six turnovers. So we had one of our better assist to turnover ratios for the year.

Outstanding.l

And it shows that Swing was really engaged in the game that he got two shots off in the two minutes he played.

Outstanding.

On the plus side, they weren't high fiving each other much.
the last 2 games we were in the lead at the half and in the game until the last 3 minutes ,,,,,
why is that
I will said
the team get tired because we dont have any bench players or the coach doesnt like play the non starter
No one played more than 33 minutes last night. That was Fraizer. No other starter played more than 30. Getting tired is not the issue.
Given how we've just fallen apart in the last 3 minutes, I wonder.
I think the problem is a lack of a strong floor leader. The other team makes a run and UAB panics. No one on the floor remains calm

This. I think we have a great group of guys- but there is not one guy out there that is the take charge kind of guy. We need someone like Mo Finley, Eric Bush, Aaron Johnson, Squeaky Johnson, Stanley Jackson. We need a point guard in the worst kind of way. You put a true point guard on this team, things would be DRAMATICALLY different.

BTW- the "fans" that are completely freaking out in other threads are cracking me up. Some act like their whole world is about to end. I'm I disappointed in the loses? Yes, but I am also realistic that this is a game of basketball and there are more important things in life. Some of our "fans" need some meds.

That's very true. When Pablo heated up last night, I heard a collective sphincter tightening all the way from South Florida.

+1. This.

Yep. We panic when the game is on the line. It's weird because against unc we did the exact opposite. This team is definitely missing a key piece though.

When he heated up I wish we had some defensive plan that would have been effective. The man to man we threw at him couldnt keep him from running full tilt all over the place, getting screens, open shots and penetrations with the ball down inside the foul line.
