Not really. The MSM will simply say he had violent fantasies involving assault weapons and what he could with them. They may even say that the availability of such weapons made his fantasy irresistible, and they may still go even further by saying assault weapons were the cause of his fantasies which would not have happened if they were banned. The first 3 points below can be twisted to suit that message. The point about pedophilia will be dismissed as having nothing to do with anything.
