I guess. Sometimes these preseason awards look like you can vote for yourself but this is one of the ones you probably can't. I would have voted for FAU myself if I couldn't vote for Rice, especially because Tulane was basically a .500 team last year (both overall and in conference play). But I do realize they have a good recruiting class for the upcoming season so perhaps they're much improved.
