The 3rd base dugout is the visitor dugout. There are good number of open seats (large groups together even) in L2, L3, and L4, even some close to the field and a number of aisle seats. (I didn't see this until a day and a half of sales and still scored an aisle in row 2). Tickets run $15 each for actual seats, and additional fees run about $2.50 each.
