Sure it hurts having White out, but you can't beat a team like ASU with Will performing like he is tonight. Just like the women with Gault not hitting a lick.
Even Will needs another couple of players that can score to help out.

It takes 3 scorers to score. If you just have one or two then the defense can key on you. Will probably had 4 people on him all night.

Well, I posted after the girls game what could happen if Will performed like Taylor Gault did earlier today. Well, he did, and actually scored three less than Taylor did. Of course Will's teammates did a little better job of scoring than Taylor's did, and we didn't get beat quite as bad. Three points less.
What can you say. Two embarrassments in one day. And before the bus gets back and some of the guys try to start making excuses that if White had been playing, it would have been different, well it wouldn't have made anywhere near 29 points of a difference. We got our asses handed to us twice today, or what's left of our asses.
Is jw coming back and what is the time line on that?
I don't know how we end up with such a limited amount of scorers but this is going to be bad if we don't have jw.

It could, but what was shocking was Will not peeing a drop. I'm not surprised that Taylor Gault and Taylor Ford did nothing. They've done that several times this year, but Will, I still can't believe it.
Its not your fault...our basketball team discovered this new thing called defense today, and actually made us look decent. We missed a lot of open shots...it really could have been worse.
Of course, the 48 or so fouls called tonight made runs darn near impossible. Somehow, I have no doubt that the game at the Stephens Center will be quite different than this one. Good Game fellas!
If it makes you feel any better, we had two recruits commit minutes after the basketball game tonight. I am sure it was because of the basketball game...

I hope the hell they aren't basketball recruits.
No worries there. We already got our 4 point a game recruits all wrapped up
No doubt this was the best defense we've played for a full forty minutes all year. We didn't shoot the ball well either but if we could play defense like that all the time, we would be hard to beat. Unfortunately, we haven't been consistent.

You had a great and lively crowd. It should have impressed the football recruits. Congratulations on kicking our behinds. We looked like a junior high team out there today. Can't explain it.
