I really like that we don't have divisions this season. It makes every conference game a must a win if you want to be at the top.

The change in the tournament format makes every game meaningful. Whether you are trying to get to New Orleans (top 8), get one bye (top 4), or double bye (top 2). Seems like it will be significantly harder for a team ranked 5-8 to win it, but if WKU finishes 5th I certainly wouldn't count them out.

Seems like I recall UALR team with a losing record, winning four straight and the tournament championship. Anything is possible.
This UALR team has some talent to win the tournament. We just have to use the right pieces at the right time, and put them in the right places at the right time...if that makes any sense.

Makes sense to me. Gus was there in 2011, he knows what it takes to win the title. Will, Josh and the rest of them have shown championship potential. They never quit and they have tremendous guts. It would be a shame if they did not make it to the finals. It would be sad if they did not win the tournament, but there is absolutely no good excuse (barring massive injuries or suspensions, God forbid) this team cannot get to the finals in NOLA.
