2 MAC schools have announced so far but all we know so far is we will not play Akron.

Has anyone seen anything?
oops wrong thread sorry about that
I have no idea, I'm going to play a guessing game though...

From the East we can eliminate Akron.

So there's BG, Buffalo, Ohio, Kent St, Mass, Miami (OH)

The good thing is out of the three teams we play, we get one on the road and two at home.

We haven't played Ohio or Miami since the '09 season so I'm guessing that's two of them.

We played Mass the last two seasons, Kent in '11/'13, Buffalo in '11/'12 and BG only once in the past five seasons ('11)

So my guesses are ... Ohio, Miami (OH), and BG. I hope that BG game isn't on the road. That would be a great homecoming game for us. I wouldn't mind going to Miami for the road game.COGS
I want

Home - Ohio
Home - Miami Ohio
Away - bowling green

Yes sir I will send it just been busy!

Also

Yes BGSU I am tired past two years with the ice cream soft MAC games. We need to prove something next year especially new team new coach
I'd rather have Buffalo, BG, and Akron or Ohio.

Akron isn't going to happen, but they will be bowl eligible next year.
Ohio, I don't know what to expect, because they lose players that used to be good but sucked this year.
BG, we know they will be solid. Defense takes a step back, but offense will be good. Also, if NIU plays them it will be at home, BG hasn't played in DeKalb in quite some time, it was actually supposed to happen in 2012 before Temple left sending BG back to the East.

Buffalo will be decent compared to UMass, Miami, and Kent, so I'd take them over the other three. More than likely the opponent will be Miami.

With Toledo and CMU coming to DeKalb and away division games at WMU, EMU, and Ball State, that means 2 of the East teams come here. I'd guess Ohio and BG come to DeKalb and NIU goes to Miami.
Miami announced they will be playing at NIU.

I was going to say Miami sounds like a fine Homecoming opponent...

However, now that I think about it:

Will this be the year for a "Joe Novak Day"?

If so, that would for another day and it might be nice to tie-in as he coached there and has been inducted into their Hall of Fame.
Toledo got..... Home BG, Home Umass, Away Kent State.

So home: Mizzou, Ball State, CMU, BG, UMass, and New Hampshire.
Road: Iowa State, Kent, NIU, WMU, Cincy, and EMU.

That's a pretty friendly travel schedule for in conference. Close to everything but NIU and those teams should be down.

Good OOC games as well.

As of right now NIU looks like
Home: Toledo, CMU, Miami, and Presbyterian.
Road: Arkansas, Northwestern, UNLV, Ball State, WMU, and EMU.

Wonder who the other two teams end up being and where NIU travels to and who makes up the 5th home game.
Would love to get BG at home next season. Would be a good draw IMO after the MACC.
BGSU announced and is not playing NIU.

I still expect one game to be Ohio.

The last one would be a toss up between Kent St and Buffalo

Kent at home and Ohio on the road would be my guess.

Yup...I think you are right...that would be a super weak Home schedule.

Home: Miami, Kent St, Toledo & CMU (my guess for best overall team we will face at home)
Away: Ball St, WMU, EMU, Ohio

So our November mid-week games home will definitely be Toledo and most likely KSU or CMU. Too bad Presbyterian is not mid-week on ESPN, too. I know for a fact that they can use the exposure.

It is...the home opener is Thursday night which will most likely get put on ESPn3.com unless Frazier gets it on CSN.

Sorry, ESPN3.com is simply not good enough for the Blue Hose. The game needs to be on regular ESPN or the deuce. ESPNU at the very least.

With the mid-week Presbyterian game, that means just 2 Saturday games likely. May as well put those on mid-week, also. Why even bother with Saturday games?

There are 2 bye weeks this season so I wouldn't be Suprised if we have only 1 home weeknight game in November like we had in 2012.
