Has garnered very little playing time for UTEP this year. Don't know if he is hurt. UTEP just kicked 3 guys off the team for gambling. Maybe Hooper will get some more minutes. UTEP, one of the preseason favorites in ConUSA with USM, will have a tough row to hoe now.
