Toledo at Akron men's game will be on ESPNU at 11:00 am on January 18th.

Here's a link to the story the MAC site. Didn't see anything on the UT site yet.

Edit: Forgot the link.

Last game I remember seeing during regular season up in Detroit Metro area was when Stempin was still playing and they lost to Marshall in Huntington. I know it was in January because I was rushing to get home after working late and slid on some ice into somebody's front yard. I tore up their yard pretty good trying to get out and they didn't say a word or ask for money. it was weird.
Last time we played Kansas
At the end of the 2006-2007 MAC Regular Season Championship season, they played Florida State in in the First Round of the NIT on ESPNU. Their games at BG in 2007-2008 and at Florida in 2008-2009 were also on ESPNU. They last played on ESPN2 in 2008-2009 at Buffalo.
I dont know the year but thry played at duke when chris duhon was still playing.

I'm almost positive that that was on Fox Sports.
and we jumped on duke 10-0 before it all came back to earth
FWIW, here's a link to the story from the UT site about ESPNU carrying the Rockets-Zips game. Story also mentions that the men's home opener against the Chips on the 11th will be on Time Warner Cable's Sports Channel.

Maybe I can watch that on ESPN's Full Court. Here's the link.

And according to this morning's Syracuse paper, the women's home opener in Mount Pleasant Saturday is also going to be on Time Warner Sports, at least here in central New York. According to the conference's website, it will be on ESPN3 and Full Court and tape delayed on BCSN2 (starting at 3 pm Eastern).
I just changed the title of this thread. Thought it made more sense to make it more general based on the direction the thread took.

Maybe we can use this thread to post announcements of Toledo basketball games (men or women) being televised this season.

Or not.

Yes, that was on all Fox Sports affiliates nationwide. It was Coach K's 700th career victory.

There's only one Coach K and he's not at Duke.
05-bump

It's probably not necessary, but just a reminder that the men's conference home opener against the Chips is on Time Warner Cable Sports Channel as well as on ESPN3. It's also supposed to be on ESPN Full Court, although that's not mentioned in the news release on the UT site about tomorrow evening's game.

According to the MAC site, today's women's game between UT and Miami is on BCSN - tip at 2 Eastern. Doesn't do me much good even if that's right, but maybe you'll be able to watch it where you live.
On February 1st, Toledo at Ohio will be on ESPNU at 1 Eastern. Don't forget the Rockets have an early start this coming Saturday at Akron on ESPNU.

Hope the Rockets get a home game on one of the ESPN channels this season.

Winning gets us ESPN games, which is a big plus for recruiting. I hope TK stays here forever. Rocket hoops has a huge upside. No reason we can't be a Butler or Wichita State type program.
Tomorrow's women's game against Ball State is on BCSN2, on ESPN3 and best of all, it's on ESPN Full Court. That means I can watch it on TV. 02-13-banana

Edit: it starts at 6:00 Eastern.
Sunday's men's game against the Golden Flashes is supposed to be on BCSN2, Time Warner Cable Sports Channel Ohio, Time Warner Cable Sports New York and ESPN Full Court. Starts at 6:00 Eastern.

Those last two are especially good news for me. 03-woohoo

Here's a link to the site with that info. It lists televised games for the whole week, so you'll have to page down to get to the Sunday games.
