There were 2 winners in the recent Mega Millions Lottery, in which the jackpot was $636 million! Damn! Somebody could buy a 27,500 seat on-campus football stadium with that kind of $$$$!!!

Anyway, the winning tickets were purchased in the states of California & Georgia. Do we have any Blazertalkers residing in the "Peach State?"

Oh, well...I had some big plans for that money, but someone beat me to it, dammit! 03-lmfao Congratulations to the winners, whoever they may be.
I bought tickets in Georgia but didn't win, sadly 03-wink
I thought you were going to talk about the Blount County kid that got sexted from a school teacher with photos in the buff.

I can't win 01-rivals in Georgia! 03-lmfao Tennessee is my new state for Lottery runs. I've had much better fortune playing some of their lottery games. Anyway, good luck to you next time!

I don't know whether to 03-lmfao or go 04-jawdrop!!!
Your odds of being attacked by a polar bear and a regular bear on the same day are better.
The winners will split the jackpot. I read if you took your half as an annuity you could get $380M over time or you could get a lump sum of $150M. If you did the lump sum, the gov't would take 40% in taxes leaving around $90M.

So you could personally fund the stadium, but it wouldn't be like you have hundreds of millions left over.

Or like my co-worker said, "Your odds of a supermodel falling out of a coconut tree and into your lap while you are in Alabama are slightly higher than winning the lotto."

Well I guess I should've bought my lottery tickets then as I've a Teen Magazine Cover model & a famous local actress to my notches. But then again my luck may have been used in those instances

03-lmfao And which species of "regular" bear are you referring to in regards to my pending mauling? Black bear? Brown Bear? Kodiak? Grizzly? Koala? ;-)
I've won twice recently. $6 and $12.
Unfortunately for everybody, I've decided to invest it, instead of donate

The average bear. Which Boo Boo is smarter than
I got 3 numbers right and won a whopping $5
On July 7 of this year, I hit a "Cash 3" jackpot in Tennessee's Lottery on a $1 ticket ...$500 payout. I only play on average, once every 2 or 3 months, & if by chance, I'm on an extensive road trip and pass through a lottery state, I'll buy a Mega Millions or Cash 3 ticket, & hope I get lucky. Other than that, I just root for the "regular" players out there.
I didn't spend $10 & saved $10.

03-lmfao #WisdomPrevails But, be advised my friend, you can't win if you don't play...05-stirthepot
The young lady from Georgia came forward and claimed her winnings, with a "million dollar smile" on her face, I think the report I read stated she was opting for the lump sum payout. The cashier that sold her the winning ticket's gonna get paid, too, the winner from California has yet to claim theirs. They should have one heck of a Christmas, eh!?
All the "Lottery states" around Alabama are almost guaranteed a 100% profit on tickets sold to visiting Alabama residents who gladly support those state's public schools every year. I'm glad for them, but I wish Alabama could find its way to support our own state's schools to at least that extent.

Of course, Alabama is used to that support of out of state schools since our two BCS schools pour several millions of "Bama Bucks" into the coffers of many OTHER state school's athletic programs each year (Bama endowed two such schools (Kent State of Ohio and Colorado State) with almost $3 million in just the last 2 years).
