So you have to start a new thread when I told you if you want to experience BBQ you have to come to Memphis and Texas
There's no better food than central Texas BBQ ... brisket, beef ribs, sausage ...

This is about our 8th BBQ thread since the Big East & C-USA merged.
The Great American Food Conference.
I'm from florida and you guys ain't got nothing on Texas brisket. Sorry.
We will never avoid the BBQ threads if ECU and Memphis co-exist in a conference...

Vinegar is used for douching, not BBQ....
Ah yes...5 days after the regular season ends...right one schedule.

I have always said the same thing when it comes to BBQ....yes please ! Liking only one kind of BBQ is the equivalent of only hooking up with one girl in your life. When there are so many varieties to choose from, why limit yourself ?
BBQ is ONLY pulled/chopped pork.

Brisket is brisket.

Ribs are ribs.

BBQ is not some all-encompassing word.

I mostly agree, but I'm willing to accept brisket and ribs in the definition in exchange for unity against those would decree backyard grilling of burgers and hot dogs to be "barbecuing."

Even congress would agree on this.
I hate it when people use BBQ as a verb

Agreed.

I think we can all agree that central florida "BBQ" sucks! Even California has better BBQ than the Orlando area.
