Singles:

Arctic Monkeys - Do I Wanna Know? (Loved this song, but the rest of the album didn't do it for me)

CHVRCHES - The Mother We Share (The rest of the album is solid, just outside my Top 10)

Surfer Blood - Demon Dance (Album wasn't nearly as good as Astro Coast)

The 1975 - Sex (Couple good singles, but album was not a great collection)

Youngblood Hawke - We Come Running (Couldn't rank an EP in my Top 10)

Capital Cities - Safe & Sound (Almost left it off the list due to overplay)

Phoenix - Trying To Be Cool (Overall album is solid as well, just outside my Top 10)

Portugal. The Man - Purple Yellow Red & Blue (Album was very disappointing, but single is addictive)

Atlas Genius - Trojans (Couple good singles, but album feels disjointed)

Still Corners - Berlin Lovers
Released in 2013 or you got in 2013?
2013 CDs I got:

Scott Stapp: Proof of Life
Korn: The Paradigm Shift
Stone Temple Pilots: High Rise (ep)
Eminem: The Slim Shady LP2
LL Cool J: Authentic Hip Hop
Nelly: M.O.

****

Nelly's cd would be last IMO. Only a few good tracks.

Stapp's solo record was pretty solid so I'd go #1 there. All the other had their moments but not distancing themselves from one another.

I haven't bought much in 2013 and I probably missed some good releases, but here are a few that I enjoyed. Looking at the list, seems my tastes leaned a bit more electronica this year.

1. Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Specter at the Feast
2. Depeche Mode - Delta Machine
3. Knife Party - Haunted House EP (great dubstep)
4. Frontline Assembly - Echogenetic
5. NIN - Hesitation Marks

If it's "you got in 2013," then for me it's The Black Keys "Brothers." A gem that I never picked up until this past summer.
Best single by far...

Full CD coming out early 2014.

IMO it was a pretty weak year. A bunch of decent stuff, but not really a lot of great albums.
I gotta ask if Haim is named after Corey Haim?
