Yea that is all it said on the Maryland blog. The NCAA allows $550 to be spent on each play with a maximum of 125 participants. So I guess the PS4 is a bundle pack because the price tag is only $399. ODIO bags are pretty sweet too but aren't all tha expensive.

Gift Suite has the choice of PS4 or a bunch of other stuff. What they are doing is allowing kids a little more of an option in case they dont want the exact prize
