May be Temple. They are up 15 over Georgia at the half.
Temple makes me nervous with all their perimeter shooting. We can't just trade 2s for 3s against perimeter-oriented teams.
10 point game with 18 to go
Barring something crazy it will be Temple. Luckily we have a day off to scout and plan. Maybe a greater challenge based on the type of game they play, but hopefully we can adapt and overcome. The challenge could better prepare us for some other opponents.

right and if we win, the win will taste sweeter on selection sunday.
Temple by 2 with 4:46 left
Georgia up 81-80 with 18.4 seconds to go. Temple ball
Temple hits a three. 83-81 with 3.3 seconds to go.
It's UAB vs. Temple. 83-81 final.
Well darn. I was looking forward to rooting for the Blazers against my Dawgs.
UAB is 1-2 verses Temple.

1/24/1987 L 60-67 BJCC, Birmingham, AL
2/2/1993 W 68-55 Bartow Arena, Birmingham, AL
12/4/1993 L 52-55 McGonigle Hall, Philadelphia, PA
One of those games Temple came out & hit 4 straight 3's to go up 12-0 on us, I believe.
It's been a long time since 1993. Plus John Chaney is no longer on the bench. I like this match better than UGA simply from an RPI standpoint. I think we give Temple a run for their money!!!

A run for their money? This is a game UAB should win.

I agree, if u look at the bracket, UAB's side of the bracket was stacked, I believe the best 4 teams were on our side of the bracket. Sunday all four games will match teams from each side of the bracket, and I bet UAB's side of the bracket goes 3-1 if not 4-0.
They will give us a ru. For or money but I think we will prevail.
