Coach Finley is a great guy and I hope he does well at UCA. But a couple of their best players are ineligible until semester, so I'm sure he'll struggle early.

Interesting. They've curtained off their 6000 seat arena so it looks like it seats 2000 like the State House did in the Newell days. And it looks like they only let folks sit on one side like we do for volleyball.

Tech has a great pg and a bunch of kids that can shoot.

The new rules really favor them.

I meet the tech coach. He is young and full of energy.

The passing was money as was the ball movement. Post entry passes. Just really good fundamentals..

The main take away from this was some rednecks in Ruston were able to hire a young BCS assistant coach that had connections for recruiting talent. Then he did what most teams at our level have to do play a style that they could recruit to and win with. follow that up with the kids knowing where to go and what to do on the court and you got a fun to watch winner of a program.

Now, the down side is he will not be there next as some BCS school will be driving up in the Brinks trunk to his house.

Seems like I have heard things like this said before about our program. Oh yea, that was MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, and some of our fans answered with "who could we get that would be any better?" Trojan fans deserve what they are getting for paying a damn dime to support this after eleven years. And I've been one of the stupid ones for the past five or six years. Those smart pills I've been taking seem to be working, and I'll be smarter the next time ticket renewals come due. Will any of you? Anyone want the name of the pills I'm taking?
