Why is this guy still in our bullpen or even on our team? He just forked up a home run to St. Louis pitcher Jeff Suppan!!!!! What an idiot.

Terrible. I have watched this guy pitch all year and he needs to be released. He's horrible.
The HR was to Duncan who PH for Suppan. He's still a joke, but it was not a Pitcher ringing him up. This time...
White needs to be DFA'ed first thing tomorrow morning.
why was freel not in the lineup tonight???
3 run jack by JR in 9th 04-rock
thank god griffey got the runs in cuz you know dunn was wiffing with runners in scoring position
Boy, the Cardinals fans sure love Isringhausen, right about now. Griffey is pretty amazing, though.
Griffey is MR CLUTCH this season. The bullpen is more than capable of crapng the game over but Griff really has done the job this season

A slight lead going into the bottom of the 9th....sounds like David Weathers is warming up in the bullpen.

Coffey is now the Closer...
Yeah I know, it just seems like whenever it's a somewhat big game with a slight lead they figure out some way to get Weathers in to blow it.
Reds win!!!!
god bless Junior. he is something.
The Angry Guys are reporting White has a clause in his contract that he cant be released, traded or thrown into the Ohio until mid-June.
While we're at it, what's up for Narron's love for McCracken? He's always the first pinch hitter off the bench and I haven't seen that guy hit the ball hard all year.
Freel was probably not ni the lineup because his stats show that his production drops the more consecutive games he is in the lineup. He is great for 3-4 games per week, but more than that and his production really drops off.

Think to the end of Griffey's time on the disabled list. You hardly heard of Freel at all because he wasn't doing so hot playing almost every day.

if i was managing St. Louis, I would have walked the bases loaded with Griffey and then pitched to DUNN......YOU know how you can guarantee a shut out against the Cincy Reds everytime?....you just walk the bases loaded before Dunn bats.....he won't knock them in.
:withstupid:

Duh!
I am impressed that they could beat SL's ace.

After this series they have the cubs and the brewers. This is a definite straithtaway, they need to keep on the gas.
And don't look now but Eric Milton!! 7 IP 0 R 5 hits wow!!! maybe its time we get what were paying him for

I'm happy for Milton and his last 2 outings. Sure I was disappointed in paying so much for him and having his subpar season last year. But his last 2 outings have given me hope that this starting pitching could have 3 topnotch pitchers - Arroyo, Harang, Milton.........and then Claussen and Ramirez could be 4 and 5.......and give us a chance.

Stories like Griffey and Milton make it all worth while for me.
