If he can only get open in middle school games, he'll have a career day Saturday.

That's just coach speak. He's just letting the guys know, in coach speak code, that Hardy will be a challenge to cover.

Many of us still care about both football and basketball. But unfortunately, we haven't had much to be optimistic about in football. Meanwhile, UAB basketball seems to be on the up-tick.

What wide receiver hasn't been a challenge for us to cover this season?

Nolen Smith in practice because we don't throw to him.

It's all coachspeak...McGee is not impressed.

I just dont want to hear that Jimmy Jean has declared that he wants to show how well he can guard Hardy (memories of that Vandy wideout who killed him in Nville just wont go away)

Yeah, coach speak or not, that's bad news for us. We all know it. McGee included. But, let's play the game anyway. Maybe he'll turn an ankle or something.

A win Saturday would wrap up a pretty eventful week in Blazer Land.

Just sayin'.

Some of our ECU games have been classic victories.

Lets hope we can play well. We usually play well against ECU.
