how did my Niners lose to that outfit? When did they get a defense in Charlotte.

Vernon Davis left with a possible concussion for the Niners. There's not much receivers left other than Bouldin. I'll give the Panthers credit for their defense which is much improved.

Be happy for that outfit. You, like me, used to reside in NC. They are a good team finally playing to their potential. DW likes it there.

Big home game next Monday night vs. fellow Tiger Gostkowski.
Stewart and Scam almost blew it with fumbles late. DeAngelo scores the games only td yet is benched at crunch time. I just don't get it and never will

I don't get it either, but I do see that DeAngelo is most likely going to get another year of full pay on his 5-year deal. Fresh legs from sharing the rock with Stewart. Might as well be happy for DeAngelo. It's not as if DeAngelo is going to get a huge 3rd contract since he is going to be 31 this next off-season...so as long as DeAngelo stays the full length of his 5-year contract, he'll be $20 million (pre-tax, that is) richer.

I guess.....I did not watch but DeAngelo with 8 rushes and Stewart with 13 is a head scratcher for me.

yup, waiting on the Crabtree to get back too.
It was a heck of a run with terrific down field blocking. It reminded me of another Deangelo run.

Commentator says "they need to get this guy the ball more"!

Yep!
03-banghead
DeAngelo is averaging half a yard more per carry and is the only RB on carolina with a run >20 yards. Why wouldn't you bench him for stewart in crunch time. Stewart has that same carry as DeAngelo it's an 8 yard gain and panthers probably lose 9-6
