Ohio State Transfer, J.D. Weatherspoon was named the 28th out of 30 Breakout Player for the 2013-14 Basketball Season by cbsportsline.com. CBS had this to say about Weatherspoon:
"The Ohio State transfer could be the missing piece in Toledo's quest for an NCAA tournament bid. He's a very good athlete and also has the ability to stretch defenses on the perimeter."
