I'm actually thinking MT is setting up nicely for the WTF win. Typically these come after embarrassing defeats and are at home.
Although I think we could stun Rice on the Thursday night special as well. At this point, we have virtually no chance of winning either remaining road game.

I did recently increase to 4-8. For some reason, I think we beat MTSU...but I drink a lot

I think we find a way to 4-8 with wins over Southern Miss and one other home game. The biggest problem with our season is that FAU and UTSA are improving faster than us.

I am not foolishly marking USM as a win. We are hideous bad as well. USM has to win again some time and streaks end at some point. Saying they are an automatic win is as foolish as thinking a win over a two year program is automatic.

I'd say the biggest problem with our season is that we aren't very good.
The other team tends to score a lot more points than we do.

How quickly we have forgotten the game at FAU two years ago. FAU was 0-11 going into that game. They finished 1-11.
We could write a good article or two just on games against FAU.
