Out of high school Andre Brown was rated a 77 by ESPN-70-79: Mid-major plus prospect (3 stars). Player is a fringe high-major recruit who contributes or a standout mid-level recruit. He was rated at the 203 best shooting guard in the country. He was recruited by
Murray State Racers, Miami (OH) RedHawks, Lipscomb Bisons, Belmont Bruins, Tennessee-Martin Skyhawks.

Murray State, Miami of Ohio, and Belmont are solid midmajors. With 2 years of seasoning he looks like he might be a good pick-up for us. He is listed as class of 2011- Seems like he either sat out a year or went to prep school.

Rivals listed him as a 3 star out of high school. I could easily count the 3 stars we have signed, in the past 10-15 years, on one hand.

Muldrow is e only one i can think of that was not a transfer.




Side note

At slu we used to get top 100 plays at about the same rate.
