Cincinnati Anderson offensive lineman Mark Wetterer is one of the top players in Ohio and he recently had three scholarship offers come his way.

Wetterer (6-6, 295) collected offers from Cincinnati, Maryland and West Virginia. It?s a solid list for this early in the recruiting process and he?s now hoping for another offer in particular.

?Ohio State is the one I?m kind of waiting for,? Wetterer said. ?They are probably my favorite. I live in Ohio and I?ve always liked them. I?m going to their one day senior camp this summer.?

Wetterer listed the other schools that he is considering.
?Just all Big Ten, like Michigan State, for example,? he said. ?And Clemson, Boston College, West Virginia, Maryland, and a couple other schools. I?d probably say Clemson is my second-favorite right now. I really like their campus.?
He was asked if he thinks schools like OSU and Clemson will step up with scholarship offers.

?Right now, I?m really not sure,? he said. ?But I sure do hope so. I know Ohio State is really interested in me. I know they have a couple other kids offered already ? offensive linemen. So, I have to wait and see what they say.?
