Especially when the starter is struggling, and has limited mobility. Of course, you never know.......the backup may be even worse (I always liked Perry though).

Maybe he's been "reassigned" to little or no actual work or responsibilities. I'd like for him to stay as far away from the players as possible. The more he tries to fix stuff, the worse we get.
