Guess Ill have to keep it a secret im still going to the FAU game next week. Its getting embarrassing to wear blazer gear. At least if I wear it on Friday and Saturday. On Friday, I can say im going to hoops on the haasephalt. Saturday ill have to wear a hat and sunglasses to try and sneak out of the neighborhood over to legion Field.

At least I'm not embarrassed to wear UAB gear, in Memphis no less. I show for every game I can, but living in a different city with two kids playing youth sports, it isn't that many.

Felt like we threw the game, to a team that isn't much of a mismatch. Didn't want to lose, expected game to be close, predicted a w if we had a good game plan. To top it off, it was vandy and we are considered a winnable game for FAU.

Ill take advice from the thread title and apologize for being an As* hole. Im sorry.

Yeah my truck is decked out with UAB stuff I gotta go get the arrow flags.

I don't like to be sneered at by people with GEDs either, but my self-esteem isn't caught up in what a bunch of people I don't know do on a football field.

I am never embarrassed by wearing Blazer gear. Let them sling insults and just laugh at them. Screw what others think.

This also Jean shouldnt cover the teams top WR, I think Brackett should be.

I couldn't disagree with you more! I think this is the type of player we need to come to uab. We need someone who is going to welcome the challenge.

I thought he did a pretty good job covering Mathews. On a couple of those deep passes Mathews just made a great play. He was in good position most the night

He did pretty well. Matthews will make A LOT of db's look silly. Jean wasn't all that cocky anyway......just excited over the chance to cover Matthews one on one. The experience will help him in CUSA play.

Agree with this. Some of the catches were good plays by the Vandy QB and WR.
