Congrats to both of you gentlemen!
As a team, we're tied for 7th in total sacks with 13.

We trail NCAA leading USC, MD, and VT by 3.

And, given our first week bye, he has played in one less game than most other players.

This is what I think of whenever I hear them say Ifedi's name.
97 lives in the backfield
He's going to start seeing double teams. Toward the end of the game Saturday they started leaving a back into chip him. Which helps because that's one less receiver we have to worry about.

They already are doubling him. At least Duke did.
That guy was in beast mode Saturday.

Rutgers QB Gary Nova (Offense), Memphis DE Martin Ifedi (Defense), Rutgers WR Janarion Grant (Spec. Teams) are 9/23 Players of the Week.
Martin Ifedi is an absolute beast. He could be getting some very nice honors at the end of the season
Man, as a fan this feels really good for a change.

I once fed Ifedi (BBQ ribs at my house when he was a freshman). Very nice young man - I told my wife that he was going to be special.

He's SEC good.
Him and McCain will be playing on sundays. The commentators said NFL scouts were at the game to see Arkansas State players but i'm sure they left impressed with our players.
