It is just more of the same we have experienced over the last 5 seasons. It is so hard to support Memphis, because we know what is going to happen. How does this sound.... Close but close will not get it. 14 points against Duke and 15 against MTSU who has a horrible defense. Get ready for the 10,000 fans who will come out to see Ark St. play. It would not suprise me to see more Ark. St have more fans in the stands than Memphis. Our offense is horrible and then some. 2 wins will be about it and it will be 4-5 more years before we have a decent team. So disappointing.
yawn
We're getting better but not there yet. We could beat ASU next week but we could just as easily lose. I don't think we have an 0-2 start with Karam but now we'll never know; may as well just stick with Lynch for the rest of the way at this point. It's not the same ole, same ole because the football program is getting support on all fronts like it's never had before BUT it was/is so far down the crapper that we're basically a decent to good 1AA team even now. Next year I think we'll take a BIG step forward but in the meantime we will have to absorb a few more nights like tonight. Sucks, but it is what it is.

You either need to drink more, or drink less. I'll let you decide which.
"Its so hard to support memphis" sounds like you never supported them in the first place
If it was the same, then we would have lost the game 49-6 after going down 14-6. Instead we came back for the lead and lost the game in the 4th quarter.

if it was the same, the Tigers would have come out of the tunnel late last week after the fireworks has gone off and the marching band already played the fight song

I think UTM ended up 8-3 last year? so they were a good 1AA school; was also Fuente's first game.

It doesn't matter at this point. We're 0-2; go with the freshman.......
You guys should watch some UNLV football. In fact, we should schedule them. You haven't seen bad football this year if you haven't watched UNLV.

With God as my witness, UNLV is worse.

Yes, sadly it's our best team since 2008 which, while not very good, did manage to go 6-7 losing it's bowl game.
