Watching the Ravens and Broncos and during break was flipping through channels and saw "Ragin Cajun Redneck Gators" on Scifi channel. Gotta love Louisiana.

It's all about tax breaks. I'm sure most of people believe we ride gators into work drunk. Remember when the Scifi channel was actually good? The History Channel had history and MTV actually had music?

Anyone who has driven through Acadiana can attest that the road crews must have been drunk.

How about that nice spot on I-10 in NOLA where it dips so 18 wheelers can make it under the railroad bridge. How often would it rain hard enough in NOLA to turn it into a lake choking off a major artery? That's a Tulane or LSU engineer's work.

Clearly you guys have never experienced Arkansas Road construction. Our projects are so awesome, they take us decades to complete!

At Camp Pendleton, a fellow Marine asked me how things were in South Louisiana, did we really do all those things. Waterboy came out a few years earlier. So, of course, I told him about the times I had to take my lawnmower to the bayou, where I paddled my pirogue to get to school.
