I heard they are considering bringing back this "Golden Tigers booster club" mentioned in this story. However, they might be focusing more on football this time?

"Bob Richardson, a surgeon and the most recent vice-president of the Golden Tigers, said he had "no idea" who was the club treasurer. If the club kept books, members interviewed by SI say they did not know about it. The bookkeeping deficiencies are making it hard for the university to track down the money in the Golden Tigers' treasury, which it feels rightfully belongs to the school."

BEAUTIFUL
I thought that was what the HH does.

Kind of like the illuminati... circle within a circle LOL

that's a common misconception, perpetuated by the fact that for a while the HH practically had to become one to make up for the deficiencies in budgeting and administration for the football program under previous AD's/administrations.

But the actual mission of the HH is as follows:
Quote:Since 1958, the charge of the Highland Hundred has remained constant: to raise the profile of the University of Memphis football program among the campus community, alumni base, and the general public and to promote the interests and general welfare of the University of Memphis.
gotcha - thanks for clarifying

of course they have been. Can you donate to the TSF for very little money which allows season ticket purchases? Can you support football through the booster program for very little money? Can you support basketball through the booster program for very little money?

What else are you expecting?
