Based on recent history ... I'd have to predict VT, UNC, and Clemson all get shelled. The worldwide SEC ball cupping leader then goes into overdrive to set the entire season to be discussion over SEC sppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeed with a jumbo sized pump of Lubriderm at every ESPN employee's desk.

For bonus humiliation ... BYU and The Fighting Karl Malones win too.

I'll be happy if NCST and Cavman don't crap that bed and Clemson wins. VT may lose by 4 or more touchdowns. The cutesy Fed Spread doesn't work against NFL first round DEs who look at 5 wide as clearing congestion.
Really hoping VT shows up and shows out against Alabama...

UNC is going to surprise ya'll. May not win, but will give a good showing. I do predict 35 31 UNC!!!
I hope we cover versus FAU. I'm optimistically predicting a 49-10 win.
Louisville has broken the previous record of season ticket sales. People are preparing for our first season in the ACC. All they gotta do is suffer through a year of watching garbage CUSA teams this season and they'll get to watch real teams come to town in 2014. Can't wait!
I can't think of one good reason that UNC-USC and Clemson-Georgia should not open up every year. The hype is awesome! Throw in Auburn-Ga. Tech, Florida-Miami, and Vandy-Duke or WF. Hopefully in years to come when strength of schedule is a big factor for playoff selection, some of these "2nd" rivalry games can become annual and open the season.

Also, Va. Tech fans, what would you think about opening annually against Tennessee? I think it could be tremendous, especially with Bristol as a potential neutral field option.

The bottom line is that whenever the SEC's eastern and ACC's southern teams square off, it is a win-win-win all around.
Clemson will be fine. No clue what to expect out of the Carolinas. I expect VT to look like poo even if Bama doesn't win by 800.

03-banghead
Lets go Tarheels! You've taken the first punch now lets put some drives together!
Hoping I'm wrong but I have a feeling that's the only TD UNC scores tonight.
So we trail and fumbled a punt return, and Wake trails pres.........goacc
That muffed punt was huge... lost about 30+ yards in field positions... seems like your defense is settling in
Honestly as crappy as we look and as good as SCAR offense has looked I'm happy to be down by 13 and we receive to begin the second half. Still doesn't feel "over" to me
Can UNC stop throwing screen passes? It's killing me.
Just like that...
So now South Carolina has had relatives of former Clemson stars score twice. Kane is a cousin of former Clemson and current San Diego Charger Charlie Whitehurst. Mike Davis is the little brother of former Clemson RB James Davis.
UNC defense is overmatched. This game looks like its over03-banghead

why can't the ACC win these SEC matchups?
Well either way ill be rooting hard for Clemson! Sooooooo yea I'm sure we will improve. I guess we can say we contained Clowney? Idk what to say.
