Lots of Fans and Families, Cheerleaders, Golden Girls, UAB Marching Band. A great turnout. Lots of big smiles from each and every player. Next Saturday they will all have on their game face. Thanks for making it a great day for everyone.
Looks like the turnout was pretty good indeed. More than I probably would have expected at that location, so maybe it was a good idea to have the event at a different place. Still would like to see it back at the Galleria and maybe alternate between the Galleria and Shops at Grand River.
We had a great time. The turnout looked to be similar to last year, although on an average day the Galleria sees more traffic. Mrs FN and I won gift cards in the raffle too, so that was pretty sweet.

As far as the location, I'm glad they threw us Eastsiders a bone for once.
I agree.....we had a great time out there. I actually enjoyed the atmosphere of Fan Day a little bit better there, than at the Galleria.
I hope it doesn't go back to the Gallaria.

I won a Chico gift card but the amount wasn't worth a return trip to pick it up.

im curious...why? because you dont like it at the galleria, or b/c you just like it at grand river a lot more? (question comes from somebody who's never been to a fan day at the galleria and has never been to grand river at all)
It should rotate around the city. If it goes to a part of town you don't like, don't go.

OT: Who's the knock-off, Ron Jeremy-lookin' dude pictured on the right under "Student Media On You Tube?"

Back on Topic: Pics look great. Looks like a lot of fun. Agree with MB- this should rotate around the city. And I would add, if possible, do more than one day, so do a couple per preseason. I know it would be difficult, perhaps expensive, hard to time, etc., but I think it would possibly be worth it as the best type of advertising: up close and personal.
Don't care for the Gallaria. It's just my opinion. I agree with MB it should rotate around the city. Location should not keep Blazer fans from going to any event. Divided Loyalty does.
I wouldn't mind Bartow arena, At least the students could make it there.
I miss Breakfast with the Blazers at the Bart.
