I also think the thread title should be edited, as it has often been done in the past to indicate that the thread is a joke and no one else has been dismissed. It will ruin the joke but precedent has been set.

I just talked to Bob, and he has no idea why he was dismissed from the team. Although very disappointed, he holds no animosity toward our coach or university.

Ok, here is the deal. I just got off the phone with Chris from Meth class. He said that Bob has no idea why he was cut loose but the good news is that he is still on the basketball and baseball teams. He is still waiting to hear if they will let him continue as a manager on the girl's softball team.
