I'm not gonna fault the kid for his choice in shirts or fashion. Heck, we wore the same shirt against our will for 7 years.
I dont know much about him, he didn't play much. I will say the d line hasn't been very good at all since lunceford retired. Of course playing against Hoover, Northridge, hillcrest and tchs doesn't help.

Actually, that's incorrect. He played varsity in 9th grade and made his first start by the 4th game. He started all games his soph year at MLB/DL and was co-captain of the defense. There are hudl highlights of his last year (soph) at Minor.

Thanks Mom 04-cheers
Remember when we sat around waiting for the athletics department to report on the signed letters of intent coming in via fax before we knew who had committed and who hadn't?

Those were the days.

Those were the days.

Boy the way Glenn Miller Played
Songs that made the Hit Parade
Guys like us we had it made
Those were the days.

Didn't need no Welfare states
Everybody pulled his weight
gee our old LaSalle ran great
Those were the days

And you knew who you were then
Girls were girls and men were men
Mister, we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again

People seemed to be content
$50 payed the rent
Freaks were in a circus tent
Those were the days

Take a little sunday spin
Tonight I'll watch the dodgers win
Have yourself a dandy day that cost you under a fin

Hair was short and skirts were long
Kate Smith really sung the song
I don't know just what went wrong

THOSE WERE THE DAYS!
But I thought that we were not going to bother recruiting DL and that all McGee recruited was QB's?

/snark off
That's why we should wait for Feb 5th 2014 to jump to conclusions (not the last Friday the thirteenth of 2013). When we meet (I hope) in the G&G Room for the Signing Day briefing, we will know for sure who has been signed and who has not. I'm hoping for our best recruiting class ever.

I'm very pleased to see some defensive players signing. It just seems that all McGee has signed is skill position players. Those guys are nice, and good to have, but ultimately they are not the guys who win games.

One DE 6-4 235 who may not make the grades ,and a DT 6-0 265. I can't see how this helps our Dline in any case outside of depth. The last two recruiting classes one DE Rabb and one DT Smith.

Compared to the Oline every recruiting class under McGee we have pulled in big linemen every single year.

Also the best DT we have committed is an OL commit a silent one I guess.
