So, why not just drop TN St and JSU and replace it with the Memphis/Ole Miss game? That would draw much larger number in stand and on the tube. Nobody outside of Jackson, MS and Nashville, TN care about the SHC as it is. BET didn't even wanna keep it.

evidently the owners of the shc think it would be a bonanza, ie. they would charge an exorbitant amount for tickets and tiger fans will buy them. it would be a feel good story that espn might like. and our administration is exploring ways to make this a bigtime event.

it has possibilities if the right people are involved.

Umm...I believe more people buy tix to the game as it is than any UofM / OM game....

football teams are mostly black, so I don't see the big deal.
