Too few people stand up to authority when the authority is abusing their powers.
Of those few some do not do it the right way.
Hanner did both well. Would be glad to go into combat with him.

This pretty much proves what most of us have know for years and years concerning police quotas. How people expect stuff to stay secret in the digital age I have no idea.

Maybe if he wrote more tickets for jaywalking and disorderly the Toomer's Oaks would still be alive.
