The Lady Monarchs get after it in a summer workout in preparation for the 2013-14 season

Thanks for the update, Oldtimer! It is good to see Barefoot getting her team in form for the upcoming season. I have seen a lot of potential in these ladies since the end of the last season, and I think that the 2013 season will be an interesting one indeed.
